Belmont firefighters investigate on Friday a scene where a tarp flew off a roof hitting a power line connected to a street lamp, which caused it to fall over and land onto an SUV. No one was hurt. Southbound traffic on El Camino Real was closed briefly, and traffic was and rerouted through O’Neill Avenue in Belmont.
